No. To protect streamer privacy and prevent spam, we do not share their personal contact details. However, you’ll receive a report showing the performance of your campaign (open rate, delivery status, etc.).

Yes. After completing your purchase, you can include any supporting links (e.g., press kit, trailer, Steam page) by replying to the confirmation email. We’ll make sure the email is attractive, informative, and clear.

We work with all kinds of indie games — from FPS and roguelikes to cozy sims and visual novels. However, we reserve the right to reject campaigns that include offensive, scammy, or misleading content.

Campaigns are usually sent out within 24–48 hours of your purchase. You’ll be notified once it’s completed.

Absolutely. Your game data, email address, Steam keys, and any other information you provide are kept strictly confidential. We never share your campaign details with third parties, and your personal or company information is never sold, published, or made publicly available. We only use your data to carry out your outreach campaign — nothing more.
